Wangler Hardware Launches New, Interactive Website
Site features historical photos and online shopping

FORT RECOVERY, OH, March 06, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- History buffs and modern shoppers alike will love the new website of Wangler ACE Hardware in Fort Recovery. Created by Cincinnati marketing firm Eisen Marketing Group, the new site is located at www.wanglerhardware.com.

The site features online shopping, current sales and specials, video demonstrations and an interactive question/answer section called "Ask Mike." In this section, viewers can submit hardware questions for Mike Minor and the rest of the Wangler staff.

"The new website embodies our tradition of service and expertise," Mike Minor, owner of Wangler ACE Hardware says. "We've been a member of this community since 1916, so we dedicated a section to community news. People can submit their news or event, and we'll post it on the site. Everyone can see what's happening in their town."

Another unique feature on the site is the timeline that outlines the company's history since 1916. The page shows old photos of Wangler Hardware and the people of Fort Recovery itself, circa 1912. Wangler Hardware was one of the first businesses to be established in Fort Recovery.

The site was designed by Angela Deniston, VP of Creative/Web at Eisen Marketing Group in Cincinnati. "After sitting down with the Minors, it was obvious that they were a fixture in their community. We wanted to create a look that was modern yet reflected the tradition of their business."

As a fourth generation family business, Wangler Hardware has a reputation for true customer service. Mike and Patti Minor (owners) have worked to maintain the same level of customer trust that was present nearly a hundred years ago.
