The Greater Cincinnati World Affairs Council to Host a Reception Honoring Leaders from Afghanistan
Ohio Governmental Body to Pay Homage to Foreign Dignitaries
NEWPORT, KY, March 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- What: The Greater Cincinnati World Affairs Council (GCWAC) will hold a reception honoring visiting academia, government and tribal affairs leaders from AFGHANISTAN as part of the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program, implemented by the U.S. Department of State. The delegation of 11 leaders are in Cincinnati to participate in a leadership program focusing on conflict resolution. Sponsored in part by the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.
Who: Afghan government, tribal, academia and NGO leaders
When: Wednesday, March 24, from 6-7:30 pm
Where: Netherland Plaza Hotel - Continental Room
Why: The GCWAC is honored to host these distinguished Afghani leaders. Representatives from GCWAC will be on hand to address any media inquiries.
